Exceptional Quality.

In recent months, several people have told me they do not watch Internet TV, because “the picture is poor”. Well, obviously, they have never tuned in to the Profitability Channel! I watched part of your interview this morning with the Store Manager and Business Manager of IKEA Atlantic Station and saw an exceptional quality. I would recommend to all small business owners, in particular those who are responsible for business development and sales, as well as consultants, coaches and other professionals, to check your channel out. There is not only a lot to learn, but the Profitability Channel also clearly dispels the “poor picture” myth.

Subject: Great Program

From my perspective today’s program was great and addressed one of our franchise owners needs and expectations. Although it is to their discredit and sometimes is the cause of their lack of success many of the smaller companies don’t grasp the need for timely financials. It is my opinion that they come to us for two things primarily. People to work for and people to do the work. Hopefully we will be able to continue to change their understanding of the need for understanding and using financials as we fulfill the “people” need. Today’s call was a good reminder of ways to gain new business and was very timely.
